Membership
- You must meet the requirements of Section 20 of the Certified Public Secretaries of Kenya Act, Cap 534 of the Laws of Kenya.
- Check the membership application requirements and resources comprising of CPS registration notes, and the registration requirements.
- You must log in to your account or register to create an account.
- Fill in the membership application form.
- Proceed to make payments for the membership application fee.
Practicing Certificate
- You must meet the requirements of Section 20 of the Certified Public Secretaries of Kenya Act, Cap 534 of the Laws of Kenya.
- Have at least two (2) years post-registration practical experience.
- Check the practicing certificate application requirements and resources
- Must have been a member of the Institute of Certified Public secretaries of Kenya (ICPSK) in good standing for at least two (2) years preceding the application.
- You must Log in to your account or register to create an account.
- Fill in the practicing certificate application form and proceed to make payments for the application fee.
Re-registration
- You must meet the requirements of Section 20 of the Certified Public Secretaries of Kenya Act, Cap 534 of the Laws of Kenya.
- Check the re-registration application requirements and resources comprising of CPS registration notes, and the re-registration requirements.
- You must log in to your account or register to create an account.
- Fill in the re-registration application form.
- Proceed to make payments for the re-registration application fee.
An application can only be made after registration. If you have registered, you must be logged in to access the application forms and submit your application. You can register by providing your email address. After registering your email address, you‘ll receive two emails. The first email is for verification, and the second email contains a password. After verifying your email address, you can log in using the password.
You are required to prepare all the documents needed for an application. They must not be more than 2MB in size.
