Welcome to the re-registration application portal. You are required to go through the re-registration requirements and resources, fill the re-registration signup form, upload relevant documents on the appropriate section on the signup form and submit.

A person wishing to apply for re-registration must return the previous registration certificate, outline the reason for de-registration,  and provide ICPSK reinstatement recommendation letter.
